Andreas Skotner founded Skotner .net in the year of 2000. Having been an adviser for multiple large enterprises he gained knowledge and experience like few before him. Educated within computer programming in the USA, and worked with national and international trade, he is not only fluent in many languages but also has great knowledge of international relations, trade and culture.
